The first rejection…
I received my first rejection letter yesterday from “Flesh and Blood” for my story “Death of Christmas.” Honestly, I had hoped for instant success for the three stories I sent into circulation a few weeks ago, but it was fun just to get a note knowing that someone in the business had read something that I had penned. That, at least, makes me an official writer!

At least your a step (or three) ahead of me. Was it a template rejection letter or did they offer some constructive critism / advice?
It was a template with check boxes - nothing really constructive to work with. Ah well, try and try again!
